The vision of the YAPMD association is to build a peaceful and development Burundi.

The youth Association in Peace Mission through Development aims to mentor young people in order to promote peace and sustainable development.

Contribution to the best living conditions of young people for the promotion of peace and sustainable development.

Promote peace, social justice and a sense of responsible community leadership for all by supporting the active participation of youth and women in decision-making circles, at all levels and in all sectors of life ;
Ensure quality education for all, girls and boys and effective lifelong learning at all levels;
Combat hunger by ensuring food security and improving nutrition by promoting sustainable agriculture and industrial production of aquaculture fish as well as forestry;
Ensure sustainable management of the environment as an effective contribution against global warming;
Guarantee good health for all by ensuring access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene for the well-being of all.
Contribute to good governance and sustainable development.
